6) Product Review

Effects of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice by the client in a mode other than the least expensive type of standard delivery delivery that we offer) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we report the decision to withdraw from this contract. We would like to inform you that for online merchants the new year brings relevant legislative changes. UIn ° 524/2013 Regulation on online dispute resolution for consumer from the day 09.01.2016.

Regulation called ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) seeks to establish an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and just to solve various disputes arising from international online sale of goods and services between the EU proceedings.
